One workspace per client
On the Agency plan each client gets its own workspace, holding that client's integrations, monitored workflows, Outcome Contracts, alert recipients and history. Every query is scoped to a workspace, which is the mechanism that keeps one client's data out of another client's view.
Alert recipients are per workspace too, so you can send a client's alerts to the client, to your team, or to both.
Onboarding a client instance
- Create the workspace for the client.
- Ask the client to create an n8n API key, or create one yourself if you administer the instance: Settings → n8n API → Create an API key.
- Add the integration with the instance URL and the key.
- Select the workflows that matter to that client. Unlimited workflows are included, so you do not have to ration monitoring.
- Write an Outcome Contract for the deliverables the client would notice: the daily import, the invoice run, the report.
- Set the alert recipients, and send one test alert so the client has seen what an alert looks like before anything breaks.
If you want evidence before you charge for monitoring, run the free health check on one client instance and show them the findings.
The agency overview
One screen across every client workspace, ordered by what is actually broken rather than alphabetically. It is built for the morning check: the workflows that missed a run, the ones that succeeded with nothing, the instances that cannot be reached.
Monthly reports
Each client workspace produces a monthly report: what ran, what failed, what was caught, how quickly, and whether the Outcome Contracts held. It exists so that the answer to “what am I paying you for” is a document rather than a conversation.
White-label reports carrying your name instead of ours are on the roadmap.
Plan limits
- Unlimited monitored workflows.
- Up to 10 n8n instances.
- 90 days of history.
- Client workspaces, agency overview, and a monthly report per client.
Pricing is introductory and may change. If it changes for a plan you are on, we will tell you at least 30 days before it affects your subscription.
