Frequently asked questions
- Is the Free plan really free?
- Yes. Three monitored workflows, core detection, seven days of history and email alerts, with no card and no trial clock.
- What counts as a monitored workflow?
- Any workflow you select for monitoring. You choose which ones, up to your plan's limit, and you can change the selection whenever you like.
- Do you need write access to my n8n?
- No. OutcomeGuard reads the n8n public REST API and never writes. It does not create, edit, activate or deactivate workflows, and it does not touch credentials.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Your first payment on a plan is refundable for 14 days.
- Which plan do agencies need?
- Agency, if you need separate client workspaces, an overview across all of them, and a monthly report per client. One team watching its own automations is usually fine on Pro.
- Will the price change?
- This pricing is a hypothesis and it may change. If it changes for a plan you are on, we will email you at least 30 days before it affects your subscription.
