Monthly plans, cancel any time
Every paid plan is billed monthly in advance. You can cancel from your account at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
14-day refund on your first payment
If OutcomeGuard is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment on a plan and we will refund it in full. One first-payment refund per account.
No partial-month refunds after that
After the first 14 days we do not refund part of a month that has already started, except where consumer law in your country requires it. If you are charged for a month you did not intend to renew, write to us — we would rather fix it than argue about it.
If the service was broken
If a fault on our side stopped monitoring from working for a meaningful part of a billing period, tell us what you saw and we will credit or refund that period.
How to ask
Email the support address shown on the contact page from the address on the account, and say which workspace and which charge you mean. We reply to refund requests within five business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
Free plan and free scans
The Free plan and the free health check cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. No card is required for either.
